Rainforest Aquarium, LLC (RFA) guarantees that the shrimp will arrive alive and well with your Shrimp Bubble Kit.

No Live Arrival Guarantee for reshipping/regifting the Shrimp Bubble Ecosystem. Special shipping preparations must be employed for shipping live shrimp according to the weather conditions for the specific area of destination. 

Claims for Live Arrival Replacement
RFA will ship one free extra live shrimp with each kit order. In the unlikely event that more than one shrimp will perish during transportation, RFA will replace the missing shrimp free of charge.

ONE Live Arrival Replacement per order only.

Claims for Live Arrival Guarantee must be made within 24 hours of delivery confirmation time and must include at least one clear digital photo of the dead shrimp and the purchase order number.

All Live Arrival Guarantee claims need to be addressed via email: service@shrimpbubble.com

RFA guarantees to promptly replace any kit item that may be damaged during transportation. Due to the manufacturing process, negligible cosmetic variations of the Shrimp Bubble glass container may sometimes occur and do not deem the item as defective.

30 Day Live Replacement Policy
In the event of a total shrimp loss within 30 Days of delivery confirmation time of the Shrimp Bubble Ecosystem Kit, Rainforest Aquarium, LLC agrees to replace the shrimp stock free of charge. Customer must pay for the shipping of the 30 Day Live Shrimp Replacement.

ONE 30 Day Live Replacement per one Shrimp Bubble Ecosystem order only. 

NO 30 Day Live Replacement extended warranty exists for the live shrimp replacement - only Live Arrival Guarantee. 

NO 30 Day Live Replacement extended warranty exists for the live shrimp orders - only Live Arrival Guarantee. 

NO 30 Day Live Replacement extended warranty exists for the live algae orders - only Live Arrival Guarantee. 

Claims for Live Replacement Policy must include a clear digital photo of the dead shrimp and the purchase order number .

No other extended warranty exists for the Shrimp Bubble Ecosystem Kit.

Return and Refund Policy - 30 DAYS 100% Money Back Guarantee 
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt and/or the order number.

NOTE: For the Shrimp Bubble Ecosystem Kits, the 30 days return option is waved when customer applies for the 30 Day Live Replacement policy.

Rainforest Aquarium, LLC reserves the right to deny any claim that does not fulfill the 100% Risk-Free Live Arrival Guarantee or the 30 Day Live Replacement Policy requirements. RFA also reserves the right to deny any claim that could have been the result of improper care of the Shrimp Bubble ecosystem. 

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OR TRANSSHIPPING. The Shrimp Bubble Kit cannot be shipped to Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, Post Office Boxes, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories, shipped or transshipped Internationally. WARRANTY is VOID for all transshipments or any kind or reshipments.
