Always quality; great customer service

All products arrived and lasted as expected. My favorite aspect of the Shrimp Bubble team is their customer communication. Great written guides for animal care and detailed emails in response to any questions.

All died in less than a week.

I originally ordered the shrimp buble in January of this year. All were doing well but the algae was getting very pale. So I reodered two new algae and additional shrimp.
I removed most of the old water and added the new shrimp, algae and new water they were shipped in.
Less than a week later all shrimp were dead.
I than reached out to you all on May 27 via email and still not heard from you until I received this survey
This is why I'm only giving one star.

This was my 3rd attempt to get live shrimp for my Shrimp Bubble. The company has been very supportive, sympathetic, and helpful, and our efforts finally paid off. There are now four shrimp living in my classroom, to the delight of my students.

Waste of money

This is not the first time I have shrimp ecosystem. The ecosystem I got from other company lasts for many years, never have a problem or need to replace anything. The algae in the ecosystem I brought from this website died after a month. I contacted the seller, and was told to buy a new algae to replace and they sent me the link to spend more money…
